Chia Seeds Pizza Dough

Everyone probably has his or her own pizza dough recipe. My pizza dough has an interesting taste by using chia seeds gel instead of olive oil that is used in most pizza dough recipes. The dough can be rolled out as thick or thin as you want. Load it up with any favorite topping that your heart desires. Another good thing about this recipe is that the dough made with Chia seeds is more nutritious than the usual pizza dough.
Ingredients:
3 tbs chia seed gel
3/4 cup warm water
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour + 2 tbs more flour, if needed
2 tsp active dry yeast

Directions:
In a bread pan machine, add the ingredients in the order listed above. Select the pizza dough setting and press start.
When done, remove dough from the bread pan machine and place dough onto a lightly floured surface. Let dough rest for 10 minutes.

Roll dough out as thick or thin as you want. This recipe will make a 14 inch pizza or can be divided into 4 personal pizzas. Let dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Afterwards, it will be ready for any of your favorite toppings.

The dough can be rolled into a ball, covered, and refrigerated, if not used immediately. I like to make my pizza the next day because the dough will have a slightly sour taste.
