Spicy BBQ Chicken

Ingredients: 4 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
1/2 cup homemade spicy BBQ sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp each salt and pepper

Directions:
Place chicken thighs in container with lid or Ziploc®. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Add BBQ sauce and olive oil to marinate the chicken.

Put in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
In a large cast ironor  skillet over high heat, grill the chicken thighs (10 minutes each side).

Turn the heat down to medium for the last 5 minutes.

Serve BBQ chicken with salad and baguettes.
