Spicy BBQ Sauce for Grilling Meats

I found this recipe is very tasty for grilling meats on the stovetop. It is simple enough for daily meals; the cranberry and raisins in the sauce give the sauce a balance between tartness and sweetness.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 cup chopped red onions
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup cranberry sauce*
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup molasses
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 dry chilies (poblano, Thai chilies)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp ground clove
2 sticks cinnamon

Directions:
Bring all the ingredients to boil. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove the cinnamon stick and purée' in the blender.

Put sauce and cinnamon stick back into the pot and cook for 15 more minutes or until the sauce slightly thick.

Let BBQ sauce cool off. Ladle in glass jar with lid and refrigerate.

*The leftover cranberry sauce will be good to make this sauce or replace with dried cranberries.
