Okara-Almond Bread

Ingredients:
1/2 cup okara-almond leftovers (from making soy-almond milk)
2 eggs
1/2 cup half and half
1 tsp salt
3 tbs sugar
3 tbs soft butter or margarine
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tsp active dry yeast

Directions:
Place all the ingredients as listed in the order above into the bread pan machine. Select the dough function and press start.
After the dough rises enough, the machine will beep. Remove dough from the bread pan and place onto lightly floured surface.

Shape dough to the same size as the loaf pan.

Butter or spray loaf pan with oil and let dough rise in a warm place for another 40 minutes or until dough doubles in size.

Bake in preheated oven set to 350° for 30 minutes.
