Soy-Glazed Salmon Fillet

Flavoring a fresh salmon with a simple glaze made with honey, soy sauce, ginger and garlic creates a delicious dish, which is loaded with Omega 3 fatty acids that the human body needs daily.
Ingredients:
For the Glaze
2 tbs honey
1 tbs brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs lemon zest
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
3 tbs cooking wine (dry sherry)
For the Fish
Two 8 oz. salmon or tuna fillets
2 baking dishes
Garnish with green onions
Directions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook glaze ingredients for 5 min Let it cool off.
Place fish onto the baking dish and pour 1/2 of the glaze to marinate fish for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven set to 400° or this can bake in toaster oven. Bake fish for 15 minutes and constantly brush fish with the remainder of glaze. In the last few minutes, sprinkle with green onions. Remove and serve.
