Ingredients:
2 chicken thighs or breasts
1/2 cup spicy BBQ sauce
1/2 cup white onions, sliced
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Italian dressing
Directions:
Marinate grilled and sliced chicken with 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce;
Cut pizza dough into 4 oz pieces. Use a rolling pin to roll out each piece into 7" x 4" rectangles.
Brush dough with Italian dressing and BBQ sauce. Add grilled chicken to the dough.
Top with 3 tbs of sliced onions, green onions, and 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese. Roll dough into cylinders to seal both ends of the dough.
Roll the dough cylinders over the Parmesan cheese to coat the outside.
Then bake in preheated oven set to 400° for 20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
